I had an appointment at 12:00 and they called me at 12:08 to tell me I would have to reschedule since I was late. I told them I was about a minute away and explained that I had an issue at work which is why I was late. I also told them I had left work and drove 20 minutes to get there. They still told me I would have to reschedule. I pulled in and asked to speak to the owned. There were 3 stylists there and she refused to have anyone work on my hair even though I was the only customer in the whole place! Not to mention there were still 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. When I became angry the owner literally pushed me out of the door. I can't believe they treat customers like that and left there extremely upset. Never go to this salon.
