No cashiers, ever, walked through the store for several minutes trying to find one. The ONE employee I seen looked me in the eye and walked away. I put down my $100+ purchase and left, never to return.
Very, very empty.

I was in women's dept yesterday.. 09/29/17 and I had the most pleasant experience and help from the sales associate Diane... (tall n glasses) she went out of her way to help me find the clothing I was looking for .. as I was shopping for someone else... I normally do not shop Bon Ton.. however Diane's help would make me be a repeat shopper for sure... Thank You Diane...
