Exceptional service. John helped me on a Friday evening when our well pump shut off. Later, when the well pump had to be replaced, he sent his employees out very promptly. Vinnie and Eli were professional, thorough, polite, and answered all of my questions. I have the utmost confidence in John Downs and his staff. I gave them 5 stars and highly recommend them!
Eli was on time and very professional. He installed my dishwasher quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He took time to explain and also checked my hot water heater at my request and although it did not need immediate service gave me options and followed by fair pricing. I highly recommend this plumbing company and would request Eli again for any issue.
Update: They installed my claw foot tub and it turned out great! We ran into lots of bad luck on my part and they were able to come up with solutions that worked for me. I'm so happy with my new tub and the service I received!
I had a great experience. They worked around my wants and were able to install my new nontraditional sink and vanity. They worked fast and cleaned up everything when they were done.
