I am very happy with Lowes. They are very helpful there and always have a smile on their face. If I need to fine something they will take me to it and not say go here or go there.
Just had the best experience buying a washing machine and dryer here. We had a very small space and all the options were larger than could fit. Ray in the Appliance department was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things washer and dryers. He searched the online databases until he found the perfect fit. He helped us with the order and setting up the delivery and install. He has earned our loyalty. If we ever need any new Appliance, we are coming to see Ray first. This is one of the few Lowes that we've been to where the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable.
On 7/23/17 I purchased a John Deere tractor at the Lowe's store in Bloomsburg Pa. The tractor was delivered on 8/1/17 I was unable to inspect it carefully until the following day. Upon inspection I found the tractor to be filthy the seat which is bright yellow was black and dirty that required my scrubbing it with a brush and a detergent numerous times. When I called the Lowe's store manager I was told they don't clean the tractors before delivery and gave me attitude about questions I thought were relevant. He refused to give me his last name. I'm entertaining returning the tractor and purchasing elsewhere. Incidentally I paid $2000.00 for it. Not a happy customer. I will shop elsewhere in the future and encourage my friends and family to do the same and caution you about this.
Don't let my 3 star rating fool you because I did have a 5 star experience with Ian and Tyler in the appliance department! It was more or less how they run the whole operation. It's very hard to find help in the department you are looking in, although I must say when we were thinking about saying "screw it" and going to Home Depot Ian came over and was extremely helpful! Tyler also was very helpful while looking for hook ups to go with the dryer! All in all a nice place to shop, just make sure you know what your looking for, and or ask for Ian or Tyler!
