The service this evening was BEYOND HORRIBLE!!! I waited 45 min for one hot and ready pizza. As I waited for my pizza I watched multiple people walk in after me and leave with their pizza before me. When I questioned the general manager
For a fast food pizza place this is good pizza. If you want more traditional or a more hand made pizza, go some where else.
Excellent food and exceptional customer service. People are always smiling and friendly.
Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, which was no problem. When we got there to pick it up the 3 college age girls working there complained because i placed a large order. One girl actually said " i hate people who place large orders" . Another one was complaining because she wasn't supposed to be working that day. Yes it was a large order but it was a Wednesday and they weren't busy at all. Ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get the order. I easily spent close to 100.00. I wont be returning. Worst customer service ever.
