Great place to take children. Clean and we'll maintained. Lots for young children to do at the playgrounds as well as basketball courts, disc golf, fishing, outdoor grilling, and large open spaces. Dogs are allowed in the park but not within the playgrounds.

Really nice park! Different park areas for toddlers and young kids. Usually you can find pick up games in the evenings for basketball. Nice short walking trails around the lake and longer bike trails. There are also tennis courts behind the baseball fields and soccer pitches.
Great place to enjoy the outdoors! Nice playground area, walking trail, basketball courts, picnic areas, disc golf, or create your own adventure! Plenty of picnic tables throughout the park so you won't be crowded by others. Plenty of open grass to lay a blanket out and soak up the sun while reading a good book or listening to some music! If you can think it, you can enjoy it at the Town Park!
Besides being close by the river with great play scapes for the kids there isn't anything too spectacular here. It has a few little league fields with high school fields a stone's throw, but any view or enjoyable time is overshadowed by the constant smell of the nearby sewage plant. It's spacious and a great place for a walk with your dog along the river but even some updated bathroom facilities would be a welcome improvement.
