I have been using this post office for 11 years and I have had no problems. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. If it would be cheaper to use a prepaid they always tell me. They always ask if I need stamps and several times I had forgotten. I am surprised at the negative reviews here. It seems like people remember to complain but rarely remember to compliment.
I'm constantly receiving mail for individuals that no longer live at my address. Nearly every day, I have to send mail back. I understand that's not the fault of the mail service. That being said, today I received a very passive aggressive note on one piece of mail in response. Be more professional. Also, the clerks that work in the office are rude and condescending. Fix your attitudes. If you don't like working in customer service, don't do it.
Some are friendly some are rather bland...cant blame them really with a monotonous job like that. A great service though...inagine life without the mail system...its actually quite incredible!

This is the 3rd package I lost in a 6 month period. When I call and ask about it all they say is 'it said its been delivered' well obviously not if I'm calling about it. And the attitudes I get at bloomsburg pa post office is ridiculous!!!! This 3rd one has me heated bc it was something HUGE. They like to play the blame game and not look into anything. How is an envelope suppose to get a tracking number?? I don't know how you guys got so big bc this is seriously the worst company ever. Wish there was somebody else we could send mail through
Worst post office ever!!' Carriers are rude and Female Supervisor is condescending and doesn't really care that you have an issue.
