Love this place. So nice to my fur babies and take such good care of them. Both Dr Brooks are amazing.
I feel like there is a lot of pushed products and drugs that go along here and sometimes I've felt that they have suggested things that are unnecessary. When pressed they sometimes remain confident and I believe them however many times that is not the case... I am there is get care for my pet not buy the spray you have plastered everywhere that supposedly calms them or get a cleaning done that will put the dog at risk when under anesthesia when after I asked you said it's a one, mild, and not necessary.
I bring Shenzi here all the time. The staff is friendly and thorough. Shenzi gets lots of love and treats, even if she is grumpy. They don't mind the grumpy either.
Overall they have taken care of my pet to varying degrees and when it mattered my pet was well taken care of and I was treated well... Though I cant help feel the day to day service and business is suffering more and more and I as a customer seem to be suffering more and more. Ultimately that means my pets have to suffer... That sucks. I am shopping around for a new vet hospital where I do not feel like a pinata to be beaten abused and get as much out of it as possible while it is there. Obviously I'm being a bit dramatic there... I am just not pleased.
Been going to this vet for two years now and the staff is amazing. Always friendly! Our dogs are skittish of other dogs, so they're always willing to work with us including letting them leave out the back door. The prices go with the service, but they're reasonable at the end of the day.
The docs are overall great. Some techs are fantastic too. The experience and service however ranges. Sometimes it is obvious the staff has taken the time to read the file and understand what is going on before hand... Other times you can tell they didn't and it's rush rush rush. I don't expect you to care about my pets like I do but I at least expect you to know why I am here after I've explained it several times and have been checked in. Heck if you spend a few minutes to read and know some history before hand you knock me off my feet. Sadly this is rare.
Great with my dog, Maggie! Very thorough exams. Everyone is very pleasant and caring.
Nickel dime for everything. They have generic charges that they added to services recently to help make some extra revenue. Sometimes you.get charged with it and other times not. Whenever I asked about what it is the answer is varied. Instead of "handling fee" just tell me what I'm paying for. I'll be much happier instead of feeling like I'm getting ripped off... And even if I am at least it will be consistent.
