No wait, super fast, and friendly!! Alex was awesome and made everything so easy! So much easier than going to the Buckhorn store.
Nothing but the best as always thanks to Kristen at TCC in Bloomsburg. Kristen time and time again has delivered nothing but the best for me and my family. This Verizon is definitely the go-to in the area. Kristen and her team is to be commended for their hard work and caring concern for all of the customers they serve in the Bloomsburg area.
I have just upgraded my cell phone and had a great experience at the Route 11 - Verizon store. I worked with Alex. He was quite efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store and will use it for my future needs. Oh yes and by the way, there were no lines!
My wife and i were in a few months about ago and had the pleasure of working with Kristen. Must say she made the experience very pleasant and easy! Kristen is very knowledgeable, very eager to help, and has a great personality that’s very upbeat and welcoming. Besides Kristen the location is great, there was NO waiting (unlike Buckhorn Verizon) and was very clean and organized. Will most definitely return!
Don't go to Buckhorn! This Route 11 location offers a much better overall experience! The modern, clean store was much less crowded and we were greeted by Jesse and Alex as soon as we entered. They both continued to provide wonderful, personal service even though my Fiance and I spent over an hour in the store being indecisive on a Friday night. We did leave with new phones, but not before the guys helped install screen protectors and put on cases. A huge step up for Verizon in Bloomsburg and surrounding areas.
